CSR is defined as the overall contribution of a business to sustainable development.

Although altavia.hrg are part of a global group, we are also a SME (Small Medium Enterprise), therefore we are one of the estimated 90% of all enterprises in the UK that are SME’s employing about 55% of the total workforce in the country. These statistics clearly show the importance of SME’s within the overall economy and the fact that their own CSR cannot be overlooked or undervalued.

The board of Directors at altavia.hrg recognise this and have developed an overall CSR policy incorporating the following aims which are evidenced within our business model. It must be noted that this should always be looked at in conjunction with any negative financial aspect the company may suffer as a result and a balanced view taken.
